The Role:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive community growth and brand advocacy through effective leadership and coaching.
  • Deliver daily game plans to engage and motivate the team to achieve results in a dynamic environment.
  • Ensure timely feedback and coaching to elevate the team's performance and promote individual growth.
  • Monitor and review store KPIs to drive performance improvement and optimize business outcomes.
