Day Tour Operations Assistant:

This role is an integral part of our day tour operations, supporting the NSW Operations Manager in delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving sales growth.

  • Deliver outstanding customer service to guests
  • Sell and promote day tour products within set markets
  • Maintain strong relationships with key industry partners
  • Monitor competitor activities and stay up-to-date on market trends
  • Liaise closely with drivers and suppliers to ensure seamless tour operations

Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles or environments requiring high levels of interaction
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Demonstrated ability to manage yields and drive sales growth
  • Strong understanding of local markets and sales strategies
  • Prioritization and task management skills to meet business objectives
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
