Concert Tour Operations Specialist

Seeking an experienced Operations Tour Coordinator to support the delivery of high-quality tours. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in coordinating artist schedules, managing calendars and ensuring seamless communication between teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with tour directors and departments to deliver successful tours from offer process to settlement
  • Develop and maintain digital filing systems, including calendars, schedules and databases
  • Provide administrative support to the touring team, including updating stakeholders, distributing information and ensuring documentation is accurate and up-to-date
  • Assist with adjusting tour budgets, preparing deal offers and communicating with artist representatives
  • Liaise with internal teams on run-home strategy, accreditation and guestlist requirements

This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills. You will need to be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and navigating ambiguity.

As part of this role, you will have the opportunity to build strong relationships across the industry, gain a broad understanding of business operations and attend live events to see the shows come to life.
