The Role

We are looking for a skilled professional to join our Professional Services team as an Implementation Specialist.

This role reports directly into the Implementation Manager of Australia and will be responsible for managing projects to ensure the delivery of customer-focused products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the pre and post-sales process by recommending best practice use of the established Solera product set.
  • Communicate clearly and easily with both business and technical contacts to gather customer requirements.
  • Deliver a thorough and customer-focused implementation and configuration strategy.
  • Collaborate with the configuration and training team to deliver customer requirements and the broader Solera team to deliver new product developments.
  • Provide 3rd-level support on customer deliveries and SME products.

Requirements

  • University Degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
  • 7+ years of experience delivering large transformation programs, utilizing high-performing teams, ideally leveraging agile methodology.
  • Technical requirements gathering or business analysis experience, ideally in Automotive or Insurance markets.
  • Excellent customer-facing skills, collaboration, and communication.
  • Commercially aware and able to support sales opportunities to deliver best results with least cost.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, able to build relationships within the Professional Services team.
