
Relationship Business Developer

Nurturing a client base and building new business opportunities is at the heart of this role. As a relationship builder, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Build and maintain relationships with clients to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities;
- Provide expert advice and solutions to clients to meet their complex banking needs;
- Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality service and solutions to clients;
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and other means;
- Develop and implement strategies to improve client engagement and retention rates.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in commercial or corporate banking, with a proven track record of building and leading successful client relationships;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels;
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and develop effective solutions;
- Proven negotiation and structuring skills, with the ability to secure deals and close transactions;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
