The Opportunity

We're looking for an experienced Partner Manager to join our Brisbane team. In this role, you'll be responsible for building relationships with energy partners across Australia.

  • Owning and growing relationships with energy retailers
  • Acting as the main link between our business and partners
  • Conducting regular partner meetings and providing updates on daily operations
  • Leading work-in-progress meetings and maintaining project momentum
  • Presenting quarterly reviews to stakeholders
  • Identifying opportunities for improvement and growth and implementing them
  • Creating clear reports for partners and developing smarter reporting tools
  • Supporting partnership strategy and contract negotiations
  • Managing invoicing, payments, and audits efficiently
  • Collaborating with product teams to meet partner needs

About You

You should be an experienced relationship professional with a background in partner, client, or account management. You are commercially savvy, results-oriented, and skilled at growing partnerships and enhancing performance.

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Capable of managing competing priorities independently and within a team
