Multi-Store Retail Leader

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a multi-year retail growth strategy across multiple markets, leveraging expertise in store network scaling, commercial performance optimization, and team leadership.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency, customer experience excellence, and brand integrity.
  • Oversee site selection, lease negotiation, and fit-out project management to ensure optimal store locations and timely openings.
  • Build, develop, and lead high-performing retail teams across multiple geographies, fostering a culture of customer obsession and collaboration.
  • Establish operational standards and retail KPIs that drive profitability and quality, while navigating rapid growth and change.
  • Collaborate with wholesale, creative, marketing, and operations teams to achieve business objectives and enhance the customer experience.

Requirements
  • 10+ years of premium retail leadership experience, with a proven track record of scaling store networks and leading multi-site P&L management.
  • Proven ability to balance commercial performance with brand integrity, driving revenue growth while maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Strong skills in site selection, lease negotiation, and fit-out project management, ensuring optimal store locations and timely openings.
  • Excellent leadership and teamwork skills, with experience in building and developing high-performing retail teams.
  • Ability to navigate rapid growth and change, while keeping teams focused and engaged on business objectives.
