What you'll be doing

As a key member of our Direct-to-Consumer Leadership Team, you'll:

  • Drive the retail strategy for Lacoste across Australia & New Zealand shaping growth, profitability, and operational excellence.
  • Inspire, mentor, and develop a high-performing retail team to deliver sales, KPIs, and unforgettable customer experiences.
  • Collaborate with marketing, merchandise, training, and digital teams to bring the Lacoste brand to life in-store.
  • Ensure retail standards, product execution, and brand campaigns are flawlessly delivered at every touchpoint.
  • Champion customer experience strategies that build loyalty, engagement, and sales growth.
What we're looking for
  • Proven success (5+ years) leading large-scale, multi-site retail operations at a National Manager or equivalent level.
  • A natural leader with a passion for inspiring and developing people, and building strong succession pipelines.
  • Strong commercial acumen - able to think strategically, manage budgets, and spot growth opportunities.
  • Experience driving operational excellence, from financial performance to stock and workforce management.
