We're partnering with a globally recognised brand to appoint a Senior Strategic Head of Retail, a pivotal leadership role tasked with shaping and executing the global retail strategy across the ANZ market.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the end-to-end global retail strategy, aligning commercial, operational, and customer experience goals to the local market
  • Drive transformation across stores and digital touchpoints to elevate omnichannel performance
  • Inspire and lead dedicated retail teams
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, finance, and supply chain teams to ensure a seamless customer journey
  • Use data and insights to continuously optimise store performance, assortment, and service standards
  • Manage global KPIs, budgets, and expansion plans

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in senior retail leadership roles within global or multi-region brands
  • Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering growth across diverse markets
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire, align, and empower teams
  • A strategic mindset with deep operational expertise
  • Passion for innovation, customer experience, and building purpose-led cultures
  • Experience in fashion, lifestyle, or consumer goods sectors is strongly preferred
