What you'll be doing
As a key member of our Direct-to-Consumer Leadership Team, you'll:
Drive the retail strategy for Lacoste across Australia & New Zealand shaping growth, profitability, and operational excellence.
Inspire, mentor, and develop a high-performing retail team to deliver sales, KPIs, and unforgettable customer experiences.
Collaborate with marketing, merchandise, training, and digital teams to bring the Lacoste brand to life in-store.
Ensure retail standards, product execution, and brand campaigns are flawlessly delivered at every touchpoint.
Champion customer experience strategies that build loyalty, engagement, and sales growth.
What we're looking for
Proven success (5+ years) leading large-scale, multi-site retail operations at a National Manager or equivalent level.
A natural leader with a passion for inspiring and developing people, and building strong succession pipelines.
Strong commercial acumen - able to think strategically, manage budgets, and spot growth opportunities.
Experience driving operational excellence, from financial performance to stock and workforce management.
