Overview

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Lawyer to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work on a wide range of commercial matters, including contract negotiations, legislative and regulatory advice, and policy development.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial law, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing legal advice to clients, conducting research, and developing policies to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

You will also have the opportunity to work closely with our Legal team and other business units to achieve strategic goals.

About You
  • We are looking for a qualified lawyer with a minimum of 2 years post-admission experience.
  • You should possess a practical and commercially focused mindset with a strong work ethic.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills are essential.
  • You should be proactive, responsive, and dedicated to providing exceptional service.
  • Able to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively, even under tight deadlines.
  • A genuine interest in commercial law, with some property law exposure being a plus.
