Job Title: APS6/EL1 Benefits Management Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Benefits Management Analyst to join our Royal Commission Reform Taskforce team. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with senior leaders to ensure Defence's reform initiatives deliver real, measurable benefits.

About the Role

  • You will be responsible for defining and tracking benefits metrics across projects, monitoring benefits realisation, and providing reports and insights to stakeholders.
  • Collaboration with stakeholders is essential to maximise business outcomes, and you will use data analysis to identify trends and drive improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Benefits Metrics and Reporting: Define and track benefits metrics across projects, ensuring accurate and timely reporting to stakeholders.
  • Benefits Realisation: Monitor benefits realisation and provide regular updates to senior leaders, highlighting areas for improvement.
  • Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and develop strategies to maximise business outcomes.
  • Data Analysis and Insights: Use data analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, informing business decisions and driving transformation.

What We Offer

  • A 6-month contract (with potential extension), offering a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on Defence's reform initiatives.
  • The role is open to EL1 or APS6 candidates, requiring NV1 clearance.
  • A competitive salary of $A68,217 - $A90,111 per annum, reflecting your expertise and experience in benefits management.

Requirements
