Key Responsibilities:

  • Design strategic plans in partnership with stakeholders to address customer and business challenges.
  • Configure and optimize actions in Pega CDH to maximize value.
  • Provide insights on actions to enhance customer satisfaction and business outcomes.
  • Deliver quality results that balance effective risk management with speed to market.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an analyst, preferably in a large complex organization.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Decisioning or Marketing Automation tools preferred.
  • Campaign and/or data management experience coupled with SQL skills preferred.
  • Understanding of marketing functions and campaign lifecycle essential.
  • Hands-on Pega CDH Experience desirable.
