Digital Marketing Sales Manager or Team Leader

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to work with a forward-thinking digital marketing agency that's making a real impact in the market. As a Digital Marketing Sales Manager or Team Leader, you'll be responsible for leading and hiring a team of digital marketing sales consultants, developing processes, and implementing key strategies to drive sales growth and exceed target KPIs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of digital marketing sales consultants to achieve sales targets and exceed KPIs
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and processes to drive growth and improve sales performance
  • Collaborate with senior managers and heads of the business to drive business growth and improve sales performance
  • Analyse data from digital marketing products to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to inspire and motivate team members
What We Offer
  • An excellent base salary ranging from $80k to $120,000, depending on experience, plus commission and company benefits
