Corporate Law Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Corporate Law Specialist in a leading corporate law firm.

The successful candidate will have experience in advising on the full spectrum of corporate law issues, including capital raisings, mergers and acquisitions, major commercial transactions, and complex joint ventures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advising clients on corporate law matters, including M&A, capital raisings, and commercial transactions.
  • Working with senior partners to develop and implement strategic initiatives.
  • Providing technical expertise and guidance to junior team members.
Requirements
  • A strong background in corporate law, preferably with experience in M&A and capital markets.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues.
