Our Leadership Team seeks a dedicated Centre Manager to lead and guide our team of educators.

The successful candidate will leverage their prior leadership experience and proven track record of effective management and marketing to exceed national frameworks while catering to the education and care needs of children and families.

To be considered, you must have:

  • Minimum three years of experience in a similar role
  • Relevant qualifications (Diploma in Children's Services minimum)
  • Valid Working with Children Check and current Police Clearance
  • First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain one
  • Aceptance of undertaking a medical clearance
  • Strength in marketing to build occupancy
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good team building and leadership skills
  • Good time management
  • Sound knowledge of VELYF & NSQ
  • Right to work in Australia
