Project Management Specialist Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Management Specialist to lead project delivery teams and achieve client commitments.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in planning and managing projects, as well as demonstrated leadership and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing and delivering projects from due diligence through to development application.
  • Negotiating with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Developing relationships with potential clients and maintaining existing ones.
  • Assisting Senior Engineers with forecasted workloads to meet project deliverables.
  • Contributing to sustainable profit generation and growth.
  • Managing commercial risk and demonstrating responsible judgment.
  • Recruiting, managing, training, and mentoring staff.
  • Managing financial targets including budgets and profitability.

The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

They will also have relevant tertiary qualifications and high-level industry awareness and engagement.
