Vic State Manager

**Responsibilities include**:

- Full P&L responsibility
- Overall leadership of the VIC business in what is a genuine state GM level role
- Lead the business through a period of growth and expansion
- Drive a continuous improvement mindset in all parts of the VIC business
- Play a key role in market including developing and strengthening relationships with key customers
- Ensure the highest standards in our operations so that customer service and DIFOT is exceptional
- Lead the successful delivery of major Infrastructure projects
- Engage the team and develop workforce capability
- Lead by example and promote best in class safety culture
- Ensure compliance and corporate governance requirements are met

**The foundations required to be successful in this role include**:

- A proven track record running a business and lifting performance
- Knowledge of construction (residential and major projects) and heavy manufacturing industries, including markets, customers, competitors, trends and innovation
- Ideally you will have an existing network within the Victorian construction market
- Highly developed stakeholder management skills with proven experience delivering solutions
- Implementing change and bringing others on the journey
- Developing the capability of the workforce through coaching, training and mentoring
- Leading by example and making safety a priority in the work environment
- Ensuring compliance and corporate governance requirements are met
