We seek an accomplished senior coastal engineer to spearhead our maritime projects, delivering results-driven solutions in line with industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and lead the delivery of coastal and maritime engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring seamless execution and effective stakeholder engagement.
- Lead the production of comprehensive metocean studies, marina and small craft facility designs, and strategic planning for coastal and maritime infrastructure.
- Develop innovative proposals, estimates, and programs for consulting projects, while fostering strong relationships with clients and stakeholders for service delivery and business development.
- Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and supervision for junior engineers, promoting knowledge sharing and skill advancement.
- Degree-qualified in Civil, Structural, or Maritime Engineering (or similar discipline).
- Minimum 6+ years of commercial experience in a senior coastal engineer position, coupled with established expertise in asset management, maritime structures, and port engineering.
- Proven ability to manage project deliverables, with excellent interpersonal skills and superior report-writing competencies.
