  • As a key member of the team, you will create, customize, and regularly update learning materials for induction training sessions, ensuring they are relevant and effective in meeting the needs of our diverse workforce.
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts is a crucial aspect of this role, requiring strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and foster collaboration.
  • Additionally, you will be responsible for administering the learning management system (LMS), scheduling face-to-face training sessions, maintaining accurate training records, and providing scheduled reporting.
  • Furthermore, you will play a vital role in coordinating the development and implementation of eLearning modules, incorporating reporting, design, and development to enhance learner engagement and outcomes.

Key Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in teaching others to use complex systems, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and organization-specific software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide clear guidance, constructive feedback, and coaching to support the development of others.
