Training Program Manager

A skilled Training Coordinator is required to manage and deliver training programs with high standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain accurate records of employee training and competencies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate the delivery of training sessions, including planning, scheduling, and facilitation.
- Support the development and implementation of training programs, materials, and assessments.
- Manage and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve organizational objectives.
- Monitor and report on training metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
- Contribute to the design and delivery of projects and initiatives that enhance training operations.
- Proven experience in training coordination, preferably in a similar industry or field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in using technical systems, including learning management software.
- Relevant qualifications, such as Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, are highly desirable.
