Philanthropy and Partnerships Coordinator Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Philanthropy and Partnerships Coordinator to contribute to our fundraising efforts by strengthening supporter relationships, fostering donor engagement, and facilitating meaningful partnerships that drive lasting community change.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative support, customer service, or fundraising operations, with excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities. They will also possess strong written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to learn CRM systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Fundraising Campaigns: Support high-impact fundraising campaigns and donor engagement initiatives to drive sustainable growth.
  • Donor Journey Management: Coordinate seamless donor journeys, acknowledgments, and impact communications to foster long-term relationships.
  • Community Partnerships: Develop and manage strategic community partnerships and fundraising activities to address poverty and promote lasting community change.
  • CRM Management: Act as a superuser for our CRM system, leading data segmentation, reporting, and system improvements to enhance fundraising operations.
  • Operational Oversight: Oversee donation processing, supporter inbox, and campaign logistics to ensure seamless execution.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field with equivalent experience in a similar role.
