The Assistant Manager, Guest Experience role is part of the store leadership team, ensuring guests receive a quality experience every day. This involves leading from the floor, building, managing, and developing team members to foster a deep sense of belonging and opportunities for growth.

This dynamic role requires creating a respectful and inclusive team environment by welcoming differences. The ideal candidate will lead from the floor to assess and fulfill business needs, engage with team members to understand how their work supports store success, and implement the Store Manager's vision for the store.

Core Responsibilities
  1. Create a positive and inclusive team culture by valuing diversity and promoting a sense of belonging.
  2. Assess and address business needs, leveraging insights to inform decision-making and drive results.
  3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with team members, empowering them to excel in their roles.
  4. Cascade the Store Manager's vision to team members, fostering alignment and a shared understanding of goals.
  5. Lead hiring processes, including recruitment, selection, and onboarding to build a high-performing team.
  6. Provide ongoing training and coaching to help team members develop their skills and expertise.
  7. Manage performance metrics, tracking progress against goals and making data-driven decisions.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must be:

  • Able to travel to assigned stores with reliable transportation.
  • Able to work full-time hours with a minimum of 38 hours per week.
