We are seeking a resort manager to live on-site and operate a holiday apartment complex. This is a full time employed position and accommodation may be provided in a two bedroom, two bathroom beachside apartment.

Key duties
- Caretaking - all aspects including maintaining gardens, pools, internal and external repairs and maintenance and immaculate presentation of the resort
- Front Office and Reception management - all aspects of room sales and reservations, online distribution channels, Ezychannel and REICloud software, guest check-in and check-out procedures
- Revenue management - Take responsibility for the business performance and prepare and submit monthly financial reports
- Guest interactions such as providing local information, assisting with use of resort facilities, responding to enquiries and feedback/reviews and maintaining a social media presence
- Coordination and supervision of cleaning staff
- Liaison with contractors, guests, unit owners and body corporate
- Available for after-hours contact seven days a week
- A passion for hospitality, with previous resort general management experience
- Proven ability to maximise profitability, through effective cost management and yield management
- Strong leadership skills, outstanding communication and exceptional time management
- Comprehensive understanding of all aspects of hospitality business operations, with a strong financial acumen
- Willingness to take a hands-on management approach to develop, motivate and lead a professional and dynamic team, across all departments
- A focus and commitment to delivering high standards of service and product quality, to consistently exceed guest expectations whilst ensuring best practices are achieved
- Comprehensive understanding of strata titled buildings and Body Corporate work
