This is a fantastic opportunity for students in psychology, social work, education, and allied health fields to gain hands-on experience in community participation support.

As an Inclusion Support Worker, you will be providing practical assistance in daily activities that help young people with disabilities develop independence skills and build meaningful relationships.

The LinC program offers one-on-one support to empower individuals with disabilities to access their communities by developing skills for participation and equal access to mainstream activities.

You will be working with a team of professionals who specialize in providing social inclusion and community participation support to young people with disabilities.

We are looking for motivated individuals who can commit to participants for 12 months at a minimum and are willing to learn and adapt to new situations.
