Job Title: Front Office All Rounder

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Front Office All Rounder to join our team at AccorHotel. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Check-In/Check-Out: Accurately process guest arrivals and departures, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and guests are aware of hotel facilities.
  • Reception Duties: Provide a warm welcome to guests, respond to queries, and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with guests, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless operations.
  • Financial Transactions: Handle cash, credit card transactions, and company accounts with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Phone Operations: Manage incoming calls, transfer calls to relevant staff members, and ensure all internal and external requests are addressed promptly.
Requirements:
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with guests and colleagues.
