**Role Overview**

We are seeking a dedicated and hands-on customer service professional to join our team at our hearing clinic in Goondiwindi, QLD.

In this role, you will play an important part in providing exceptional service to our predominantly older clientele and helping them manage their hearing health.

This is a permanent part-time position (2 days / 15.2 hours per week), with working hours scheduled between Monday to Tuesday, 9:00 am – 4:30 pm.

**Key Responsibilities**
  • Welcoming clients and managing their experience for optimal outcomes
  • Scheduling and confirming appointments for clients
  • Providing administrative support to clinicians (audiologists/audiometrists)
  • Efficiently managing the day-to-day operations of the clinics, including opening and closing procedures
  • Managing the clinic phone line and shared email inbox
  • Billing clients correctly and taking payments
**Requirements**
  • Prior experience in face-to-face customer service and/or administration roles
  • A passion for delivering an amazing client experience
  • Great communication and active listening skills
  • Resilience, self-motivation and lots of energy
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and effectively within a team
