Job Overview


We are seeking a highly skilled Business Improvement Specialist to join our team at PPQ for a 6-month maternity leave period.



About the Role

The ideal candidate will have expertise in business process improvement, with a focus on analyzing, designing, and implementing solutions that enhance efficiency and effectiveness within PPQ.


This role involves collaborating with various departments to understand their processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to align with our strategic objectives.



Key Responsibilities

  • Review existing processes, tools, and systems to gain a deep understanding of their current state.
  • Evaluate existing business processes through data analysis, interviews, and observation.
  • Work closely with stakeholders across the business to gather and document business requirements.
  • Develop detailed process maps, workflows, and policies.
  • In collaboration with the General Manager and other relevant stakeholders, establish KPIs to measure the success of introduced process improvements.
  • Monitor and report on progress, providing recommendations for further enhancements.
  • Review, update, create, and maintain comprehensive documentation.


Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • Experience in business process improvement.
  • A knack for problem-solving, identifying improvements, and simplifying designs of new processes incorporating people, process, and technology impacts.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and succinctly.
  • An understanding of technical project delivery and change management methodologies.
  • The ability to build relationships with others easily.

With a strong emphasis on teamwork and collaboration, we offer a dynamic work environment that fosters growth and development. Our salary range for this position is approximately $70,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience.
