Your Role:
- You will develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver our products and maximise their impact on customer efficiency and effectiveness.
- You will contribute to meeting and surpassing business expectations and support the company's rapid and sustainable growth.
- You should be an inspired self-starter who can drive sales growth and find opportunities for Air Liquide to provide its products and services.
- This role requires occasional travel to support the region, so you should be open to some travel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop relationships with prospects and customers
- Coordinate customer training when necessary
- Investigate and resolve customer issues
- Travel to visit prospective and existing customers
- Maintain customer portfolios
- Ensure all customers have a current standard contract
- Manage contract compliance
- Participate in other work and projects as required
