We are seeking a skilled Business Development Representative to penetrate and qualify potential customers, schedule appointments with key decision makers, and deliver high-quality sales opportunities.
Job Responsibilities:
- Penetrate new markets and identify growth opportunities through research and analysis of customer needs.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed daily and weekly call goals.
- Maintain accurate activity, contact, and account information in CRM software.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic sales approaches and provide regular reports on sales activities and results.
- Stay informed about market conditions and competitive activities to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in sales or customer service with business-level proficiency in English.
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software and excellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships and work autonomously as part of a larger team.
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is advantageous.
