Job Summary
This role is ideal for an HR professional seeking a challenging opportunity to provide support to a growing technology business. As an HR Advisor, you will be responsible for managing the employee life cycle, from recruitment and onboarding to everyday HR management.
About the Role
You will work closely with the Head of People & Culture to provide support to over 60 employees. Your responsibilities will include resourcing and recruitment, onboarding new hires, and managing everyday HR tasks such as leave, policies, and compliance. You will also be responsible for administering KPI reviews and annual performance reviews.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 5+ years' experience in HR, including recruitment, onboarding, and general HR administration.
- Experience working in the technology industry, ideally with a technology distributor or in tech recruitment.
- A strong understanding of HR legislation and regulations in Australia.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- An energetic and collaborative approach with the ability to interact with directors and senior leaders.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
