
Senior Complaints Resolution Manager

As a senior professional, you will play a key role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional service to members. You will lead and coach a team of early resolution officers to manage non-complex complaints, providing fair, effective, and timely resolutions in line with fund and regulatory requirements.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to drive positive change through consultation, education, and communication. They will be able to work autonomously and thrive in a collaborative environment where ideas and suggestions are explored with enthusiasm.
The selected individual will have a strong willingness to continuously improve themselves and the teams around them, contributing functional expertise and broader leadership and business management ideas, skills, and experience as part of cross-fund initiatives.
