  • Analyse complaints to identify recurring issues and report systemic problems.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement to enhance member service and reduce risk.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with internal colleagues and external partners.
Requirements:
  • Extensive leadership experience in dispute resolution management.
  • Proven expertise within the superannuation industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong technical and decision-making abilities.
  • Effective stakeholder management skills, engaging at all levels.
