Key Responsibilities:- Lead and coach the team to manage complaints, driving positive change through consultation and education.
- Monitor operational activities to ensure adherence to legislative requirements.
- Analyse complaints to identify recurring issues and report systemic problems.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement to enhance member service and reduce risk.
- Maintain strong working relationships with internal colleagues and external partners.
- Extensive leadership experience in dispute resolution management.
- Proven expertise within the superannuation industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong technical and decision-making abilities.
- Effective stakeholder management skills, engaging at all levels.
