Fleet Presentation Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fleet Presentation Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and effective management of our fleet presentation.

About the Role:

The Fleet Presentation Manager is accountable for achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) related to safety, operations, and finance. You will be responsible for supporting the team of Fleet Presentation Team Leaders in managing day-to-day activities and developing the capability of all fleet bodyshop team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Fleet Presentation team to achieve high-quality outcomes while meeting legislative and compliance requirements
  • Develop and implement strategies for improving operational efficiency and reducing costs
  • Ensure the effective management of resources, including personnel and equipment
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address potential risks and opportunities

Requirements:

  • Proven leadership ability and previous experience managing a large body repair workshop
  • Strong focus on achieving high-quality outcomes with a commitment to meeting legislative and compliance requirements
  • Excellent communication skills and genuine customer focus
  • Previous exposure to computerized maintenance systems (CMMS) an advantage
  • Administrative skills, including rostering, preparing payroll, and report writing with a sound working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Trade qualification (Panel beating Body builder or equivalent) and heavy vehicle license
