Business Analysis Position

We are seeking a skilled business analyst to join our agile delivery team.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, excels at translating business needs into technical solutions, and is passionate about driving process improvements through collaborative design.

Main Responsibilities
  • Support iterative delivery of business solutions within Agile/Scrum teams.
  • Elicit business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into clear, actionable technical specifications.
  • Collaborate with product owners, developers, testers, and business users to ensure alignment and shared understanding of goals.
  • Write and refine user stories and acceptance criteria in tools like Azure DevOps or Jira.
  • Prioritize the product backlog, ensuring stories are well-defined and aligned with business value.
  • Create and maintain design documents including process flows, data mappings, and integration specifications.
  • Analyze and update business processes to support digital transformation and operational efficiency.
  • Facilitate design reviews and secure stakeholder approval on documentation and proposed changes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  1. Demonstrated experience coordinating cyber security awareness and education activities within an organisation.
  2. Strong stakeholder engagement and communications skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
  3. Experience supporting the development and maintenance of cyber security policies, operational documentation, standard operating procedures, and knowledge articles.
  4. Ability to support project activities, including planning, reporting, and facilitation of cyber security exercises or workshops.
  5. Relevant tertiary qualifications or industry certifications.
