Senior Defence Electrical Systems Designer

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Systems Design Engineer to support the design and development of electrical systems for next-generation defence platforms.
About the Role:- Deliver end-to-end electrical engineering activities, including requirements analysis, safety assessments, verification & validation, and compliance reviews.
- Manage delivery of engineering documentation (DIDs) aligned with customer and legislative requirements.
- Evaluate delivered systems against customer expectations, identify risk, and contribute to mitigation strategies.
- Provide technical oversight to subcontractors within the Electronic Architecture domain.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence design outcomes and support junior engineering staff.
- Degree-qualified in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
- Experience delivering complex electrical engineering outcomes within defence or similar regulated industries.
- Solid understanding of military standards, power distribution, and safety compliance.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and mentoring capabilities.
- Ability to operate in a high-tempo environment with precision and accountability.
