Electrical Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Electrical Engineer to support the design, development and integration of electrical systems for next-generation defence platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct end-to-end systems engineering activities including requirements analysis, safety assessments, verification & validation, and compliance reviews.
  • Contribute to and manage delivery of engineering documentation (DIDs), ensuring alignment with customer and legislative requirements.
  • Evaluate delivered systems against customer expectations, identify risk, and contribute to mitigation strategies.
  • Provide technical oversight to subcontractors including C4 systems providers within the Electronic Architecture domain.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, influence design outcomes, and support junior engineering staff.
Requirements:
  • Hold a degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
  • Have experience delivering complex electrical engineering outcomes within defence or similar regulated industries.
  • Have a sound understanding of military standards, power distribution, and safety compliance.
  • Possess strong stakeholder management, communication, and mentoring capabilities.
  • Be able to operate in a high-tempo environment with precision and accountability.
