About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and integration of electrical systems for next-generation defence platforms.

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to collaborate across disciplines, manage high-value subcontractor relationships, and contribute to delivering complex engineering outcomes within a defence or regulated industry context.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct end-to-end systems engineering activities including requirements analysis, safety assessments, verification & validation, and compliance reviews.
  • Manage delivery of engineering documentation (DIDs), ensuring alignment with customer and legislative requirements.
  • Evaluate delivered systems against customer expectations, identify risk, and contribute to mitigation strategies.
  • Provide technical oversight to subcontractors including C4 systems providers within the Electronic Architecture domain.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, influence design outcomes, and support junior engineering staff.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will require a degree-qualified background in Electrical or Electronic Engineering, as well as relevant experience delivering complex electrical engineering outcomes within defence or similar regulated industries. A sound understanding of military standards, power distribution, and safety compliance is also essential.
