About the Role

The Director, People and Culture will play a critical leadership role in delivering a high-impact people strategy that fosters an aspirational culture and outstanding people experience for all employees of SRLA.

Working closely with senior leaders across the business, the successful candidate will deliver high-quality, strategic advice on all people-related matters and drive business outcomes through effective people management.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience providing strategic advice and strong leadership within people and culture functions, preferably within a large and complex infrastructure delivery project or program.

About You

You will have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to build effective working relationships at all levels of an organisation, where you inspire and motivate people and effectively lead change.

A strong understanding of the government delivery environment and commitment to the principles, legislative requirements and management practices of public service means you are able to navigate the complexities that come with working in this sector.

You will play a significant role in the development of a unique and high-performing culture to enable outstanding results for Victoria's multi-billion infrastructure delivery programme.
