About the Role

National 360 has an exciting opportunity within our Positive Behaviour Support Team. As a Behaviour Support Practitioner, you will work in an environment that fosters clinical skills development and provides a robust clinical support structure. You will provide community, clinic, and telehealth-based services to NDIS participants of all ages, supported by a Multi-Disciplinary Team.

Responsibilities
  • Building relationships with participants and key stakeholders
  • Conducting Functional Behaviour Assessments (FBAs)
  • Developing and implementing Behaviour Support Plans
  • Providing training and education to stakeholders
  • Reviewing and reducing restrictive practices
Requirements
  • Proficient, Advanced, or Specialist letter of suitability
  • Experience as a Behaviour Support Practitioner
  • Relevant tertiary qualification
  • Learning mindset and commitment to continuous development
  • NDISWC/WWCC and current Australian driver's license
