Role Summary

A highly skilled professional is required to bridge the gap between business and technical teams by solving complex Workday intersystem problems. They will guide clients through transformation, implementation, and operation phases of a Workday Finance system.

Duties:

  • Expertise in Workday Finance design, configuration, testing, and implementation is necessary.
  • The role requires reinforcing company policies and procedures to others.
  • Drive tactical direction of project workstreams and make decisions regarding dependencies and interplay between different workstreams within a project.
  • Lead, mentor, and oversee the work of other professionals within projects.
  • Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Core Financials, Procurement, Projects, and Expenses areas.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required.
  • 4+ years of Workday Finance and Procurement or any other planning tool implementation experience is required.
  • 10+ years of ERP consulting experience, preferably in Cloud ERP, is essential.
  • Workday Adaptive Financials experience is highly desirable.
  • Experience working with other financial ERP systems like SAP, PeopleSoft, Oracle ERP Cloud, or any other tool is beneficial.
  • Background in financial or supply chain roles is necessary.
  • Data-driven and solution-driven mindset is crucial.
  • Strong relationship and stakeholder management skills are required.
