Dynamics 365 Finance Expert

A seasoned professional is sought to lead the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations solutions for medium to large enterprises. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of finance, accounting principles, and ERP financial modules within D365 F&O.

As a D365 F&O Financial Solutions Consultant, you will leverage your expertise in business analysis, financial processes, and industry best practices to design and implement tailored solutions. Your role will focus on translating complex business challenges into scalable and efficient solutions, ensuring optimal system performance and business alignment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the analysis, design, and implementation of D365 F&O financial solutions.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and system configurations.
• Configure and prototype D365 F&O modules to validate functionality and performance.
• Address system gaps by collaborating with technical teams to develop custom solutions.
• Conduct discovery workshops with clients to understand and document financial processes, business requirements, and pain points.
• Advise stakeholders on solution capabilities, change management strategies, and best practices.
• Analyse and document financial and operational processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and automation.
• Develop functional design documents, process flows, test scripts, and training materials.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and industry standards during solution implementation.
• Provide ongoing post-implementation support, troubleshooting issues, and optimising system performance.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Functional Consultant specialising in D365 Finance & Operations (F&O).
• Deep understanding of finance, accounting principles, and ERP financial modules within D365 F&O.
• Strong experience in leading implementation projects, including system configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across different levels of an organisation.
• Ability to multi-task and wear multiple hats, including Business Analysis, Design, Testing, and Training.
• Experience working with global and offshore teams on implementation and support projects.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Certification is highly desirable.
