About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Customer Success Manager to join our Sydney office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving revenue growth for our Mid Market and Enterprise customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create customized customer success plans to meet customer goals and challenges
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase email and SMS revenue for customers
  • Build strong relationships with customers and executives to drive executive stakeholder alignment
  • Proactively identify and execute on areas for new content, program development, or training to drive customer success globally
  • Collaborate with leadership to drive customer value and decrease churn
Requirements
  • 5+ years of mid-market or enterprise account management experience
  • Excellent program management skills and ability to own customer projects
  • Strong business acumen and creative problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Experience managing customer relationships through Salesforce or similar CRMs
