Customer Success Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Customer Success Manager to join our Sydney office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving revenue growth for our Mid Market and Enterprise customers.
Key Responsibilities- Create customized customer success plans to meet customer goals and challenges
- Develop and execute strategies to increase email and SMS revenue for customers
- Build strong relationships with customers and executives to drive executive stakeholder alignment
- Proactively identify and execute on areas for new content, program development, or training to drive customer success globally
- Collaborate with leadership to drive customer value and decrease churn
- 5+ years of mid-market or enterprise account management experience
- Excellent program management skills and ability to own customer projects
- Strong business acumen and creative problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Experience managing customer relationships through Salesforce or similar CRMs
