Customer Success Manager

We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to lead our Customer Success team and drive business growth through customer adoption, retention, and advocacy.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a customer success strategy to drive business outcomes and customer satisfaction
- Lead a team of Customer Success Consultants to ensure customer adoption, retention, and advocacy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, and Marketing, to define customer needs and success measures
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance customer success capabilities and knowledge
- Monitor and analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, with a focus on customer success and account management
- Proven track record of driving business growth through customer adoption, retention, and advocacy
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Ability to analyze complex data and develop insights to inform business decisions
