About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team at Enable International. As a key member of our Customer Success department, you will be responsible for driving customer success and retention across our global customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of Implementation Analysts to ensure seamless customer onboarding and feature implementation.
  • Develop and execute customer success strategies to drive retention and expansion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer pain points.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to customers to maximize their ROI with Enable.
What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience in Customer Success management with a minimum of 4 years in the SaaS industry.
  • Track record of high achievement in customer success roles, including positive expansion and retention metrics.
  • Experience managing a team of individual contributors and leading by example.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-changing, hyper-growth environment and lead a high-performing team.
