Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, identifying opportunities for growth, and providing exceptional support to ensure their success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Onboard and grow our customer base through effective communication and relationship-building
  • Work closely with customers to understand their business goals and objectives
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive customer retention and satisfaction
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Assess customer health and develop plans to mitigate churn
  • Proactively identify customers who are not maximizing their opportunity with our product and develop action plans to help them achieve success
Requirements
  • Native English speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Minimum of two years' experience as a Customer Success Manager
  • Experience in B2B SaaS is a significant advantage
  • Tech-savvy with a startup mentality and ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Strong work ethic, integrity, and desire to succeed
  • Positive attitude, empathy, and high energy
  • Growth mindset and ability to thrive in a building stage of a nascent team
