This is an exciting opportunity to join our team at La Trobe University and contribute to fostering a safe, secure, and healthy living environment for our student residents. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Residential Life Coordinator to work with us in building and nurturing residential life in a student accommodation environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing leadership and support in managing and developing the Residential Life Program, assisting in designing, developing, implementing, and managing the Community Spirit Program, and providing exceptional service to all stakeholders.

They will also be responsible for recruiting, training, and managing the Residential Advisor team, monitoring resident wellbeing, participating in emergency response during shifts and after hours as required, and working closely with other teams to achieve our vision of
