In this role, you will be at the heart of our mission, driving forward emissions policy and hydrogen engagement activities. You will connect with a diverse array of external stakeholders, including industry leaders, government bodies, dealers, schools, and the general public.

This is a 2-year max term opportunity with time split between Altona and Port Melbourne sites.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate Hydrogen Centre visits and other engagement activities, tracking and reporting to management.
  • Project Management: Lead projects that support our divisional goals and objectives, focusing both internally and externally.
  • Alignment and Cooperation: Foster cross-divisional collaboration on projects within our division.
  • Reporting to Senior Management: Develop and present project updates to senior management.
  • Administration: Handle tasks across various areas, including financial management and supplier coordination.
  • Divisional Support: Contribute to divisional kaizen initiatives and working groups.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Degree qualification preferred and/or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in presenting and facilitating stakeholder engagement.
  • Willingness to be involved in a range of different projects to support new initiatives.
  • Strong verbal communication and written skills.
