About the Role

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys building meaningful relationships with key industry players, distributors, installers, consultants, and contractors. You will be confident working on the road visiting partners, conducting product roadshows, and representing a brand that values quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing new business opportunities and strengthening relationships with key industry players
  • Supporting and collaborating with distributors to grow their sales and deliver a standout customer experience
  • Conducting roadshows and product presentations to educate clients on capabilities and lighting solutions
  • Facilitating training sessions and showroom tours to build confidence and understanding of offerings
  • Identifying and pursuing opportunities across lighting specification, design, distribution, and installation channels
  • Monitoring market activity, competitor trends, and project developments
  • Representing the brand at industry events, launches, and exhibitions

We are seeking a candidate with:

  • A strong understanding of the lighting, construction, or building services industry, with experience in a sales role
  • A proven track record of building profitable, long-term partnerships and delivering results
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • A relationship-first mindset and a collaborative spirit that keeps the customer at the heart of what they do
  • A natural curiosity for technology and lighting, with the drive to take on new challenges with energy and enthusiasm
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same
