**A little bit about us**:
We're all about doing good things for spaces and people using light. We have worked on all kinds of lighting from cutting-edge retail to mouth-watering hospitality projects including Aesop, Hilton, Mecca Brands and Incu. The team here has also been lucky enough to win a
number of international awards for architectural lighting and product design. Our people and
culture are very important. We like to take our work seriously, but not ourselves.

**Role Bits**

You will also be managing the day-to-day requirements (internal & external) of the supply of architectural lighting. You will liaise with our design team, product/purchasing team, assembly team and clients including architects and interior designers and also the trades (builders and electricians) in a mixture of quoting, sourcing, sometimes creating, converting and managing logístical side of project delivery. And you won't be caged up in the office all day (even though it is a lovely office) you will sometimes be doing site visits, and occasionally they are interstate. A few little things:

- Be your clients go-to person
- Quoting
- Strong customer service and customer follow ups
- Problem solve with the modification of lighting
- Be across the details to confidently deliver projects
- Take ownership & collaborate internally for project conversion
- Engage, impress and perfect project delivery
- Using internal quote/sales software
- You will be ready to hit the road running. Not literally, it's just a cliche.

This would obviously call for exceptional organisational and customer liaison skills. A background in architectural lighting products and project management is obviously important. A proficiency in Ostendo (our internal software) is a bonus. Knowing good music is an even bigger bonus. And the biggest bonus of all would be being able to keep everyone entertained with funny impressions...but it's not critical.

**Role Bobs**

The nuts & bolts projects we generally work on range from retail stores and rollouts to bars and restaurants right through to hotels and corporate workspaces. You will have strong experience in doing all of this.

These roles are always a bit of a hybrid. 30% Account Management, 40% Project management, 10% Sales, 30% Client Liaison, 10% Logistics, 10% Design and Electrical advice, heck, there's even industrial design and problem solving in there. Ok, we've gone over our allocated %, but you get the drift.
